PVDF&FRPP Pumps Specification
Our factory specializes in manufacturing all-plastic corrosion-resistant centrifugal and self-priming pumps in two materials — PVDF and FRPP — across four series (FV, FP, FVZ, FPZ).  PVDF pumps are suitable for handling strong acids, powerful oxidants, halogens, aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic compounds, and chlorinated solvents, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +140°C.  FRPP pumps are ideal for strong alkalis as well as general acids, bases, salts, and their derivatives, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C.  The pumps are typically driven by energy-efficient Y-type motors. Explosion-proof motors can be provided upon request.

Installation Maintenance

1. After long-distance transportation to the production site, the pump should be unpacked and inspected before installation to ensure all pump components are intact. Any loose fasteners should be retightened. Check the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft and correct any looseness.

2. The pump body is entirely injection-molded from PVDF or FRPP resin. The output piping should have a support bracket or hanger, and the flange should not rely solely on pressure to withstand the pressure to prevent deformation and damage. Water loss should be minimized in the inlet piping, and no more than two 90° elbows should be used. FP and FV centrifugal pumps should have a foot valve installed at the front of the suction pipe to ensure that the pump body is filled with liquid before starting. A strainer should be installed at the suction pipe or foot valve inlet to prevent debris from being drawn into the pump body and ensure proper operation.

3. Bolts at the pump body connection points should be evenly tightened, and the inlet and outlet pipe connections should be tight and leak-proof. Otherwise, vacuum extraction will be affected, liquid may not be drawn, or flow or head may be insufficient.
