1. The electric actuator does not act.
Check whether the operating pressure of the pneumatic regulating valve of the inlet and outlet air filter gas pressure reducing valve meets the rated current, adjust the operating pressure of the air source or replace the air filter gas pressure reducing valve according to the status; check whether the relay blocks the sewage pump status, and the air exchange action Whether it is normal, clean the blockage or replace the relay according to the status; check whether the operating pressure of the pneumatic regulating valve entering the electric actuator meets the rated current, and check whether the rate control board is blocking the sewage pump status;
2. The electric actuator acts, but the torque is insufficient.
Check the adjustment anchor bolts on both sides of the cylinder, adjust according to the closed state, and lock it to the appropriate position.
3. The plastic pneumatic ball valve can be switched on and off, but it behaves slowly when it is opened or closed.
Check whether the rate control board before entering the electric actuator needs to be adjusted. As the service life of the plastic pneumatic ball valve increases, the transformation of the processing technology pipeline and the valve itself requires the rate control board to be adjusted; check whether the cylinder is leaking In the steam state, the destruction of the O-ring in the cylinder can cause the valve to behave sluggishly, and whether the lock valve at the inlet and outlet behaves smartly;
4. The electric actuator behaves normally, but the plastic pneumatic ball valve does not.
The valve core of the plastic pneumatic ball valve is stuck with the high-pressure gate valve; the pipeline is blocked; the connection between the electric actuator and the valve core is worn out or dropped.
5. The behavior of the electric actuator is normal, but the power switch of the plastic pneumatic ball valve cannot be timely.
There is dirt in the pipeline to block the valve; the material pressure difference is large, the steel of the electric actuator is small, and the valve is not closed tightly;
