What are the installation steps of the cryogenic control valve

Check whether the parts of the whole machine are damaged or loose. For the use of media harmful to human health, strength, sealing, leakage and accuracy tests must be carried out.

Clean the pipes and valves before installation to remove impurities and grease. Especially for oil-prohibited occasions, users can put forward specific cleanliness requirements. When selecting lubricants, the taboo of the working medium must be considered to avoid accidents.

When connecting the valve body to the flange of the pipeline, pay attention to the coaxiality. The connecting plate of the mounting flange on the upper valve cover and the cold box shall be connected as flexible as possible.

The safety of personnel and equipment should be considered at the installation site, which is not only convenient for operation, but also conducive to disassembly and maintenance.

The valve should be installed upright and vertically on the horizontal pipeline. If necessary, it can be installed at an angle. The valve must be fixed with a support frame when the valve is vertically large or there is vibration.

The flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow on the valve body. The airflow should be dry and oil-free. The valve should function between the ambient temperature of -30～60℃.

In order to enable continuous production when the automatic control system fails or the valve is overhauled, a bypass should be installed.

The flow characteristics and stroke should be consistent with the original valve selection.
